Down day with mood swings

I do weighins every Monday, but just check my weight everyday just to make sure I'm seeing some progess. Weighed in Monday a week ago,this past Monday no change, this morning still no change. Felt really motivated and encouraged by my MFP's weighins. Desided to double my exercise program for today since it was my day off from work. Stoarted to do my exercises got really depress for about 2 hours and sat on the couch. Started feeling a little better and did my exercises doubled, then back to the couch. Just not able to get motivated today.

    Just think that tomorrow is another day, If you are having a down day today then just go with it, That is what works for me! Sometimes i can break through but other times i just feel like sitting on the sofa all day but the next day i feel better and can just get on with what i want to!!

    Hate to say it, but that's one of the reasons I don't weigh in daily any more.

    Chin up, have today as a 'chill-out' day, and start afresh tomorrow - we're none of us perfect you know :)
