3 cups of Rice in the rice cooker
4 cups of corn ( I steam frozen corn, because I like the taste and find it convenient)
2 cans of tuna (packed in water of course, I prefer Yellowfin)
4 grams of Montreal Style Steak Spice Mix (you know, just mix in what looks good)
Makes 6 very healthy big guy sized portions (my girlfriend eats about half of one portion)
Each portion is 473 calories (like I said, my girlfriend eats half). It is very low in fat and has 20g of protein.
It is especially easy if you have a rice cooker with the veggie steamer tray on top.
This is very filling and you would be surprised how yummy it is!
