Sugar

How much sugar is too much sugar in any given food? I don't eat a lot of processed foods, but I don't avoid them entirely. I have heard that cereals are an example of really bad ratio of sugar to actual nutritional value, especially my beloved Honey Nut Cheerios (which I eat as a treat with almond milk once every couple of weeks).
Any ideas on this?

Your question confused me a little bit but, I hope this answers your question. Every thing has suagr in it weather its just an apple to a bowl of cereal. Well people are only suppossed to eat about 5 teaspoons of suagr a day which is 20 grams. Evan though a cereal says whole grane dosen't mean it entirly is. If any kind of food says 22-27 grams of sugar that is way too much.0
