Day 1: 45min Cardio
(3 sets of 12)
>Leg Press
>Leg Ext
>Leg Curls
>Seated Row
>Lat Pulldown
Day 2: 45 min Cardio
(3 sets of 12)
>Chest Press
>Chest Fly
>Tricep Push
>Bicep Push
>Shoulder Press
>Planks...straight and side.
>Ab V Twists with 35lb weight
Day 3: 1 hour Cardio
>>>>>Repeat.
I've been doing this routine for about six weeks now gradually increasing weights and cardio time. I'm getting ready to bump cardio day up to 1:15 and eventually 1:30.
Any thoughts or recommendations?

Right now my goal is to get to 300lbs. This sounds absurd, but I am larger than most people. When I graduated from Paris Island and was in peak physical condition I weighed 290lbs. I am not small. I want to focus on slimming down and tone....not so much bulk. People routinely feel compelled to comment on the size of my hands when they shake mine. I started at 325....I'm down to 311 right now. I'm getting ready to take my cardio up another notch.0
