Suddenly I'm Feeling Fuller, Faster

Not really a question, just some observations over the last few days I've been on MFP, watching calorie intake, and working out.

1) When it's time to eat, it is TIME to eat. When it starts getting close to meal time I am absolutely ravenous.
2) Yet, I can't hold what I normally would be able to eat. I definitely reach my full point sooner than I used to. And I don't think it's just that I'm paying more attention to it.

Anyway, that's it. I can understand why I would be hungry after creating a calorie deficit through exercise. But, I am curious as to why I would feel full on less food. I don't think there's any way I have adjusted to eating reduced amounts so quickly.
