Leftovers and food budget

Anyone else noticed how they now have leftovers for another meal the next day? Prior to MFP we would have eaten them all up, but now dinner extras often make a great lunch. Super bonus when you're chief cook and bottle washer - two for the effort of one. Tonight I'm making avocado and cucumber sushi, and there will be enough for lunch tomorrow :)

And how's that food budget going? Pleasantly surprised to see a slight decrease in food bill (mostly due to reduced discretionary food, and bread and milk - still have all those things, but in smaller quantities).

    Absolutely. That and the food bill seems to go hand in hand. I'm not eating out nearly as often as I used to.
