Potassium tracking?

I'm trying to track my potassium intake. However, it seems like potassium info is missing for some foods (marked as 0 even for foods which I think MUST have some potassium), and is also missing on from many food labels!

I'm more concerned with making sure I have enough rather than worried about too much, so it's not life or death. However, it does make it tough to track accurately.

Does anyone else on here track potassium? What do you do to deal with missing info?

i try my hardest to track it. if theres a food in the data base and it doesnt have potassium and it SHOULD, i try to find the info online (for fruits and veggies i use whfoods, com) and than i add a new food. otherwise i just search through all the options until i find one that includes it. for some reason its not required on nutrition labels, im not sure why.

You cannot if you only track based on nutritional info found on labels. Food manufacturers are not obliged by law to show potassium on label.
You have to do research by yourself for every single food.
