I'm not new to myfitnesspal. I sign up and then quit when I feel overwhelmed. I have gotten close to my goal weight with calorie counting in the past, so I know counting calories work for me. I could really use some support and friendship on this journey. I make a great cheerleader and will do my best to support your journey. Send me a friend invite if you're interested.

I'm happily married to my Husband of 17 years. Mom to a college age Son and 5th Grade Daughter. I'm a full-time Domestic Engineer. I enjoy walking and good coffee! I am on a mission to improve my health by reaching my optimal weight.

My highest weight was 173 pounds. I enjoying walking as a means to keep my heart healthy and burn calories. In 2012 I'd like to do some weight resistance exercises to build some lean muscle. My goal is to reach a weight of 130 pounds.
