How do you track a combo of cardio and strengths training?

I do aerobic classes but there are classes of just strength training. I also do Turbo jam so like the Ab Jam is abdominal with a little bit of cardio, or any strength training. What is the best way to track these sessions? Please and tanks in advance.

    If you able to get one, I suggest buying a heart monitor. I work-out with one no matter what I am doing. I never have to guess or estimate again.

    If not - I'm sorry but I don't know.

    I was going to ask the same thing...I do one hour of Zumba then another hour of Zumba Toning with weights... but have not figured out how to code correctly...
  • Strength training there is one for in the workout section. I do zumba too and log that as general aerobics. I do a cardio sculpt which mixing it up so I use circuit training for that.
