How do you track a combo of cardio and strengths training?

I do aerobic classes but there are classes of just strength training. I also do Turbo jam so like the Ab Jam is abdominal with a little bit of cardio, or any strength training. What is the best way to track these sessions? Please and tanks in advance.

If you able to get one, I suggest buying a heart monitor. I work-out with one no matter what I am doing. I never have to guess or estimate again.

I was going to ask the same thing...I do one hour of Zumba then another hour of Zumba Toning with weights... but have not figured out how to code correctly...0

Strength training there is one for in the workout section. I do zumba too and log that as general aerobics. I do a cardio sculpt which mixing it up so I use circuit training for that.
