Just today I noticed that my "friends" were adding exercise for cleaning and things that I consider normal... So today when I cleaned I did step it up, and made it in to a workout, I did really work up a sweat. But some how adding this to my exercise seems kinda lame. Anyone have any feelings on it?

If it's something you do everyday, I would just set your calorie goal to account for it. But if it's something you don't do everyday, then yeah, enter it. I do sometimes.0

I never track cleaning calories. In my opinion, the only time it would apply is if you are a professional house cleaner or spend more than 3 hours in one day cleaning. I counted the calories once when I spent about 6 hours deep cleaning my house and I think I only entered 2 hours because I couldn't believe mfp's calculations.0
