Special K free yoga mat

Has anyone else tried ordering the free yoga mat from special k?
I went out and bought two boXes of their cereal so I could get the mat. when I went to the site and typed in my codes, it gave me the okay but when I hit submit, it told me my codes were invalid.
So I emailed their customer support and they very kindly gave me two new codes to use. I just tried submitting them and I'm STILL getting the same error! Argh! what is up with their site?
anyone else having this problem?
