Hey everyone I use to use MPF alot and it helped me almost get to my full goal weight of 190 (lowest i was was 211) and then my wife got pregnant and life completly changed. I had no time to eat right (worse excuse ever i know) no time to work out (but i was able to find time to play video games for hours on end) and my wife started to eat more good stuff i had to too (ok so maybe i bought alot of it home before she said she wanted it).
anyways that was almost a year ago and im back because i ballooned back up over my starting weight all the way to 255 and now that im in a normal routine (as much as a 5 month old baby allows) i want to try to get down at least into the 230s by easter and then down to my real goal by august 16th (my sons 1st birthday) so he can look to me for advise on how to live a healthy life for years to come even if i messed this first one up
anyways i need some friends to encourage me again

We're totally serious this time, Adam. For real. Although I was kind of hoping you'd stay away long enough for me to get 5 pounds back on the ticker so I could have a head start.0

Yeah, that would make me sad. I'd much rather think about how far I've come rather than how far I have to go. Although they're equally depressing now. Give me a few weeks.0
