How is it that I just adjusted my goals because I set it at the minimum 30 minutes, 3x/week but I have been exercising more than I anticipated (adjusting to 40 minutes, 4x/week because that has been what I have been doing) and my calories dropped from 1220 to 1200???? I'm exercising MORE than I thought but they still want me to eat LESS calories??? I don't get it.

did you log your exercise? it should add calories for it if you add it on the exercise page.

also MFP readjusts your calories for ever 10 lbs you lose, to keep with your goals. Maybe this happened and you hadn't noticeD?

I just changed my "Goals". I changed it from exercising 30 minutes 3x/week to 40 minutes 4x/week. It dropped my daily calories alloted from 1220/day to 1200/day!!

The last time it asked me if I wanted to readjust. This time it did not. I just did it on my own.... Even after having logged my breakfast, my mid-morning snack, my lunch and my exercise, my calories left were 825. But after changing my goals it went down to 795.

    Like I said, "What the......???"
