I really like a lot of the recipes from the Cooking Light magazine and website... some of these look interesting...

    Google their recipe for Cider Glazed Chicken Breast with Brown Butter Pecan Rice. Absolutely amazing! My 5 year old son even thinks it is the BEST chicken ever!
