I want to fix spaghetti and it says 70 per 2oz. Is that cooked or no? It didn't say on the box. Thank you.

If it is soft and squishy it is cooked. If it is hard and brittle it is uncooked.. I wouldn't eat it uncooked, it might upset your stomach.

if it's on the box, then assume it's the dry weight.

Usually it will say on the box if it is the dry weight. That said, 2oz of pasta is normally the dry weight. It ends up being about 3/4 to 1 cup cooked.

Yes 2oz is going to be the dry weight. So if you are making some make sure its weighed before you cook it.
