Negative Calories & Too Much Sugar??

I'm new to MFP and I find myself always trying to eat under my given calories which is 1200 calories/day. I will usually eat about 900 calories or so and I never allow myself to become hungry. I munch light snacks throughout the entire day and I eat a hearty breakfast and good lunches and dinners. Of course I could ALWAYS eat more but I try to stop eating when I'm satisfied. Is this dangerous to eat lower than the permitted calorie intake in this case?

Also, one thing I always make over is my sugar! One cup of milk is equiilent to 13g of sugar! How can you meet your calcium intake daily and not go over either sugar or fat?

Don't be concerned with sugar intake. Just concern yourself with total carb intake. Sugar is NOT BAD (if you're healthy)

I'm not too sure about sugar intake, but you should definitely try to get to 1200 calories/day. At first, you might lose weight but anything lower than 1200 for a sustained period of time can drive your body into starvation mode (in which case your metabolism would slow down, making it much more difficult to lose weight).

Disregard. There is apparently another post similar to this, or I'm going insane.
