6.5 lbs down!!

Yea!! weighed today after we started our "Biggest Loser" campaign at work and I have lost 6.5 lbs and I owe it all to MFP and my workouts!!! MFP really helps me keep myself in check on my food intake!!
Anyway wanted to share the great news!!! I weigh again in two weeks!!!
