I'm a doctor and today I'm working a weekend ward cover shift which means a lot of running up and down stairs, walking between wards etc. So I decided to wear my HRM to work and see how active I am during the 15hr shift. I was just sitting here eating lunch and I looked down at my HRM to see my resting pulse at 66!! Before I made my lifestyle change change five weeks ago my heart rate it was 85-95! I'm stoked! Losing weight and toning up were two of my big goals but getting healthy was a big goal too because I want to be in good shape before trying for a baby. Looks like I accomplished that faster than I expected!
