I've been on MFP for close to a month now and absolutely love it. I finally decided to come here to introduce my self. But my goal is to lose over 100 lbs. I had lost about 30 lbs by going to Curves Circuit Training this summer but I stopped going and started eating fast food almost everyday and gained 10 lbs of the weight back. But this time I am going to change my eating habits, i have a gym membership, work-out DVDs at home and I am more determined than ever to lose the weight and keep it off. I know I can do this through hard work and dedication and support from my family and friends and all the lovely people here on MFP. So feel free to add me

You can do it dear!! MFP does work if you work it!! Congrats on the 20 lbs your were able to keep! That is awesome in itself because I am sure you know already maintenance is just as hard if not harder than losing! Success in never giving up and preservarnce, patience and positive thinking!
