Hello!!!

I've been on MFP for close to a month now and absolutely love it. I finally decided to come here to introduce my self. But my goal is to lose over 100 lbs. I had lost about 30 lbs by going to Curves Circuit Training this summer but I stopped going and started eating fast food almost everyday and gained 10 lbs of the weight back. But this time I am going to change my eating habits, i have a gym membership, work-out DVDs at home and I am more determined than ever to lose the weight and keep it off. I know I can do this through hard work and dedication and support from my family and friends and all the lovely people here on MFP. So feel free to add me :smile:

    You can do it dear!! MFP does work if you work it!! Congrats on the 20 lbs your were able to keep! That is awesome in itself because I am sure you know already maintenance is just as hard if not harder than losing! Success in never giving up and preservarnce, patience and positive thinking!
