LOVE HANDLES!!!!

What exercises help shed love handles!!?? I can never see any difference in just that area!! HELPPP :)

    Look for exercises to work your core. Planks - full, side and other variations - are great. You really can't target any area but if you get your core in shape, the handles will shrink. It's not an easy area to address and it takes forever to see any progress.

    Do you measure the 'love handle' area weekly? Its a great way to actually see that all the exercise is making a difference, I don't feel much different, but the measuring tape tells me I have lost a few inches! :)

    You can't spot reduce a specific area.. you have to lose weight overall for them to shrink.

    Do a combo of weights/cardio and keep eating at a moderate calorie deficit.. eventually they will come off.
