Make sure your eating healthy and enough and exercise and also eat the calories you burn! Make sure you use the calorie counter and count every thing! Keep saying you can do it !! Good luck to you !!0

No but seriously I find that planning my meals for the week really helped me. Fitness.com and Self.com have great menus for the week. I am sure there are others as well. Also make a plan to work out at least 4 times a week and work out hard.0 -
In regards to planning meals, I also find it helps if I enter my daily food intake in the morning, prior to eating it.
Keeps me on track and lets me know well in advance if I have any extra calories for the day.0
