Headaches

Ok so I suffer really badly with headaches when I exercise. I am not dehydrated I drink so much in a day, I don't have blood pressure problems. I find that when I get hot my head pounds and I get a bad headache all day so I only exercise in the evening so if I get one of these headaches I know I can just take painkillers and go to bed which is really sad and limits me to when I can go to the classes I love.

Pounding headaches while exercising can be a symptom of an aneurysm, bleeding within the brain or a tumor. It may be nothing (perhaps you have primary exercise/heat induced migraines) but I would highly recommend seeing a doctor for further testing to rule out any serious issues. This Mayo Clinic link:

gives some pretty good information about the two types of exercise induced headaches.0
