If you haven't tried this - it's great exercise, and a hella fun. Santa purchased a few games (Dance Central, Kinect Sports and Wipe-Out) and not only are the children getting a lot of winter exercise, mummy and daddy are as well. I cannot workout every day at the gym - this has fulfilled both cardio time as well as family time. I am very pleased.
