Fat, Fluffy and fierce 6 week Boot Camp

I just realized how My body is working/responding to food and exercise. I wanted to start a 6 week boot camp to really jump start before summer and to be more healthy when I give birth to my son! March 13th weekend through April 24th weekend. My goal is 35lbs but I will not beat myself up if I only reach 30lbs! The rules of boot camp is that you must do atleast 30 minutes of some kind of movement everyday. That could be cleaning or dancing! And I want you to drink lots of water and agree to cut one thing out of your routine, Like, fried food, junk food, chips, soda, candy ec.... I also want honest weight post's on here and a weigh in every weekend! I'm honestly going to try hard at this and I hope a few of you will jump on the band wagon!

Christy, I would LOVE to join your bootcamp. I would also love to lose 35 lbs in the 6 weeks. My current weight is 348 and I will give up diet pop. I will do more than a half hour of exercise everyday. I already drink 90 + ounces of h2o everyday. This is a great idea! Have a great night, Cindy0

Awesome! You are fabulous! I am starting today! I'm going to work on walking at the park atleast 6 miles a week! I have gained weight from 280lbs to 311lbs! Thats why I'm doing this, to be healthy and to be around for my kids! feel free to contact me anytime!
food schedule for today is
Kashi Heart to Heart oatmeal
Salad for lunch
Chicken and brocoli for dinner
fruit for snack0 -
I am starting a different thing today which consists of fasting all day with water and vegetable juice and having one plain salad a day for 4 days and then lean protein and vegetables for 3 days. I will post progress and weight changes.0

Hi ! I am so glad to see you on the board! It has been awhile ! I really loved the other thread you started too, for those of us who need to lose 100+ lbs.
Count me in for the bootcamp. I had surgery last year and have not been permitted to exercise. But now I can add gradual stuff, like walking and gentle yoga. I will commit to the following:
Daily:
Walking for 20 min or gentle yoga
Stretching
Record all food in my diary
Water - 1/2 my body wt in ounces
1,800 calories
Starting weight is 368. I don't have measurements. I will deal with those as I start dropping the lbs!

I'm so glad to hear from you! It has been a tough struggle thats for sure! I'm trying to lose the 30lbs I gained to go back to where I was at 280lbs!!!
today I have did good with not binge eating.
B- I had a kashi heart to heart oatmeal-2 packs 320cal
L- subway veggie delite salad-60 cal
S- jensens orchard all natural veggie chips 130cal
Planned Dinner-Broccoli and a Salmon Fillet0
