Looking for healthy freezer meals and sides
I am looking for healthy meals that I can make and freeze for future times when I need to just pull something out, heat it, and serve wtih fresh veggies (not really soups, though, as I already do those). I have a million kinds of raw chicken in different marinades in there already. I also have black beans and cooked sweet potatoes done. What else have you had luck with? Anybody cook/freeze different grains and have them come out ok? Pasta dishes? Non-cream soup casseroles? Veggie sides?
TIA!!!
TIA!!!

Green giant makes amazing frozen veg!
As for anythng else I think you should home make food then freeze it.
That way you can control how much sodium etc goes into it.0 -
