Just starting

A friend gave me this site and I just started today. I have a lot of weight to lose. I want to feel good, move around without getting short of breath, look good and feel good about myself. I had always been normal size until I had my 2 kids. I lost after my second and kept it off for a while. But then life happened and I turned to eating. Now my children at 22 and 19 and I have a chance presently for freedom of meal choises and getting away from the office to excersise. So now is my time. My husband is in it with me as he to needs to lose. I'm not looking for a quick thing...although I'd like to lose more than 1 pound a week. But at this point I'll take what I can lose! :smile: :smile:
