I always heard the skin was the healthiest for you, so maybe baby potatoes? I try to not eat potatoes because they are higher in calories then other veggies, but I have heard you can make mashed potatoes with half steamed cauliflower if your interested in trying something new!

How about nutritional value? Like I heard regular potatoes spike your sugar levels...

I heard somewhere baby potatos are better for you, you know those little tiny ones. Something about because they are immature so they don't have something that the larger ones do? I can't remember. sorry, I'm not very helpful.

I am not a fan of sweet potatoes either and i love regular potatoes, but as the poster above suggested, I tried them as fries. THey were delicious.

Just cut them into fry size stripes, coat lightly with olive oil and seasoning and bake. They were so good, my 5 year old and I goobled up the whole tray.
