3 DAY FASTING

I'm going to be fasting for three days with A LOT of water. It's a long weekend and I'll just relax. I've done my research and many doctors say it is very good for me and I should fast 24 hours every week. I'm kicking it off for 3 days. Anyone tried this? The Ketosis stage of it makes you feel amazing I heard. Any tips? What results did you get?
