Fat count

Hi,, How important is the fat category when documenting my calories for the day.? Like today, I still have 280 calories to eat to reach my daily goal.. But am already over 11 grams in the fat category.. Should I stop for the day.. Or still try to get all my calories in? Thanks in advance!:smooched:

    eat something fat free. like fruit. or veggies. or skim milk. :flowerforyou:
