What do you do when you stop losing for a certain period of

I've been changing my eating habbits and working out for at least 30 minutes a day on top of my normal activity. I mostly do cardio but have been adding in tonning different parts of my body. I haven't lost any weight in a few weeks. I was just wondering what some of you do when you come to a stop for a bit to jump start losing again?
