im not positive, but i would assume so.

That program also looks interesting! Are you doing it from home? If so, can you tell me what moves you have replaced the machines with? Also, I can't see home long the program is? 1 month, 3 months? Any info would be greatly appreciated! :)

im doing it mostly from home - ive done one lower body day at the gym but i didnt enjoy it as much.
so on upper body days - instead of seated cable rows, i do bent over dumbbell rows. for hyperextensions i use either my bench, or my exercise abll. oh and instead of the stairmaster i either walk my stairs in my home, or my wii fit board on a riser, step aerobics style.
lower body days - instead of leg press i do normal squats. my bench has the parts so i can do leg curls and extensions, but if you dont have that you can do leg curls with an exercise ball. to replace the extensions you could do barbell step ups. for the seated calf raise, i normally do seated one leg calf raises. you can also do barbell seated calf raises.
on full body day to replace lat pulldowns i do bent-arm barbell pullovers, but you could do pullups. unfortunately i dont have a pull up bar at home.
