Any runners out there that have added traction to their shoes by putting screws in the bottom them? What did you think?

    Wow. I'm not a runner but this just sounds like a recipe for a serious foot injury. Although as icy as the parking lot gets at my apartment, if this does work I would use it just to not fall on my butt trying to get to my car in the morning.

    I will have to monitor this thread to see what others have to say.
