Dukan Diet...does it work?

Hellooooo!

I have just had my tonsils removed so my food palette is limited, and as most foods taste horrible at the moment, I think the best idea is to start a diet straight away after recovery (before my taste buds come back!!!!!)

Has anyone tried the Dukan diet? is it good?
