Thinking about getting the BodyMedia Link

I have been looking into this online for a few weeks now. Has anybody ever used this or the BodyBugg system and how did it work for you? I just think it might help me as I feel that my daily calorie expenditure, before any additional exercise, varies so much from day to day. I plateaued at a 32-35 lb loss for about 3 months & now I have seemed to plateaued again at a 36-39 lb loss. Wondering if having a more accurate picture of how many calories I am actually burning just through my lifestyle might help me out......:tongue:

    I have a bodybugg. It helps motivate me. Especially if I miss a workout in the am and I don't feel like hitting the gym. I look at how low my calories are and remember what I want my deficit to be and I end up going to the gym. Also, I have realized that the gym calculators are way off. I love that I know how much I burn everyday.
