New to FMP!

Hi, I just joined today! I am trying to lose 15 pounds - I have been stuck at the same weight since high school (now 25). I have three main goals for the next 6 months:

- Lose 15 pounds
- Get over my fear of lifting weights so I can actually have some muscle definition.
- Learn to prepare healthy, filling recipes that my fiance and I both enjoy.

The first two are tied up in getting ready to try on wedding dresses and getting ready for my wedding! I am looking for support and hoping I can stick to tracking my progress and food on the site.

    Congratulations! Im sure you will reach your goals, six months is more than enough time.
    I have 10-15 pounds i finally want to put to rest.
    I LOVE lifting weights. Im currently doing Iron Core Kettle Bell. Have you thought/Heard about Chalean Extreme? Its an awesome workout. You will build muscle and get definition. It comes with a food program that makes meal planning soooo easy.
    Stay honest and log everything. This works, you just have to stay honest. I was down to 155 and then went on a cruise with my husband now im trying you take off what I put on and a little extra.
