highest weight: 210-215
sep1 weigh-in: 200 lbs
1st gw: 175 hit on 11/30/11
final gw is 165
current weight: 170.4 01/13/12
30 pounds down since September 1st 2011
from a 36 mens waist to a loose 32
waist went from 39-40 inches to 32-33 inches
hips went from 41-42 inches to 36 inches
from XL and Large shirts to Mediums
my lifestyle has completely changed and I am considerably more active.
more recently I have begun to eat more but am still losing weight and definitely slimming/toning
I try not to over exercise and burn myself out
I started cycling, doing yoga, and also volunteering in a very physical environment doing electronics recycling, refurbishing, and training voluntters in various activites that keep me on my feet and moving.
today I cleaned out my room of almost all my older clothing.
any pair of pants that were 36 inch waist are heading out to the garage to eventually be brought to goodwill.
larger shirts I want to keep for memories I put in an old trunk. some I hung in a spare closet although I will be bringing those out to the garage too soon.
how does this all feel? pretty damn amazing.
how long do I keep this old clothing around? I don't know.
all I know is i wanna wear clothes that fit me and especially the me that is at or around the weight I should be at.
