Umm..what should I eat!?

I have 550 calories left for the day..(with125 carbs!),that's basically a whole meal. I have no protien left though, and only 1g of fat. I'm at a loss as to what will keep me from starving my body and not send my other levels to the moon. Help??

I'm not terribly sure of what you should eat, but I just wanted to say that you should NOT be afraid to go over your protein. The settings MFP has for protein are entirely way too low.0

Dry Cereal — mix with dried fruit or raisins for extra sweetness
Bagels — add fruit spreads to whole grain bagels for extra carbohydrates
Fresh fruits — apples, orange, bananas, grapes, strawberries, melons, peaches, nectarines or cherries
Crackers — whole wheat, sesame, bran, and other low-fat or fat-free brands
Yogurt — low-fat or fat-free yogurt is best, add dry cereals for crunch or fresh fruit for sweetness
Low-fat cereal or granola bars — these pre-wrapped bars can be packed easily in your bag
Air popped popcorn — add garlic powder, chili powder, or onion powder for a variety of flavors
Baked tortillas or pretzels — shake off salt or try salt free pretzels to lower the sodium
Rice cakes — they come in a variety of flavors such as apple cinnamon, white cheddar or caramel
Low fat muffins — try bran, corn or oat bran
Sweet potatoes — tastes great hot or cold, microwave it for a quick snack, add a little brown sugar for a sweet taste0 -

Definitely! Also, protein is a great way to fill yourself up and it shouldn't hurt you unless you have kidney/liver disease.0 -
I have over 600 calories left and have spent the last hour trying to decide what to eat. Unfortunately it is now bedtime for me so will just have to leave it as is.

A baked potato has 168 cals, 37 carbs, 0 fat, and 5 protein, some pasta with red sauce might be good too...0

i am a pasta fanatic and do not hardly eat it .if i was at a loss of what to eat with that many calories and carbs needed i would have pasta probably with salsa on it ..dont be afraid to go over the protein. i think their numbers are too low on here anyway...especially if you workout you would want some more0

Thanks everyone I went with a baked potato. My calorie count is still 457 but I fell fuller0

If it makes you feel better I think a baked potato is a lot higher than 168. I don't eat large ones and they tend to average around 235 calories for me. So you may have got closer to your goal than you thought.0
