its so hard to see the difference sometimes but I know its there!
I did lose the initial 32lbs on my own but was in a "rut" for quite a few months. I came across MFP and have lost 6 more lbs and feel great!! .

    I can so tell the difference! Think about this...you cannot plant a flower garden and expect the next day to have beautiful flowers..it takes work to prepare the ground (your mind); water it daily (your body); give it fertalizer (nutritious food)' and of course weeding (exerisie) and sprinkle it was some time and wala...YOu will turn into a beautiful garden!

    This anology is a little corny but it really encourages me that even thought i want the big results now in life all things take time to grow and prosper! Good luck! you can do it!
