Calisthenics with weights....

So I just did a timed challenge basically squats and lunges with a weight.... I don't have a hrm (its on my list believe me, saving up!) so I really don't know how to log it :ohwell:

To be specific, it was the workout shown in this video:

I did 3 rounds of 15 for each exercise (which took me a bit more than 19 minutes, I took 3-4 breaks that were about 20 seconds).

Any ideas for now how to log workouts like this? (calisthenics with a weighted bag)

    I would log it at Circuit Training. This is what I use for Insanity (and I think others use it for P90X and the like). It's fairly accurate for Insanity when I use my HRM.

    Hit up bodyrock.tv :) they have a lot of bodyweight and weighted workouts :) I'm doing the "30 day challenge" right now....
