I'm back, but terribly far behind in my goals.

I lost weight on this website before and was so incredibly happy. Unfortunately, life then got outrageously busy and I fell away from my goals. So here I am, 9 months later and 30 pounds heavier than when I started (no, it's not a baby--though I understand how the timeline could confuse you, haha). Please, help motivate me so I can give my new husband a long life of love and support by becoming a healthier woman. I can't take any more of this overwhelmingly heavy lifestyle I've become trapped in.

  • I started last January, lost 71lbs, then fell off the wagon and gained 25 back :explode: I know exactly how you feel!

    So I started new in 2012, reset my ticker and I'm back on track and feeling great about it.

    The important thing is that you have NOT given up - you are here, doing the right thing for your body. Don't look back - just move FORWARD. Welcome back, and remember, it can only get better from here!

    Thank you! I really appreciate that someone else in the same situation can have such a positive approach---and if you can do it, then what am I waiting for? :D
