Hi all

I didn't start working out until AFTER I lost the weight....
I've never been a fan of working out or the gym :)
So, I started walking on my treadmill at home 30-45minutes and doing yoga DVD's
I've know worked up to J/M 30 day shred
If I do level 1 and 2 in the SAME day is it still important to hit the treadmill and try to get in my 10,000 steps

Thanks, kim

The 10,000 steps doesn't literally mean you should take 10,000 steps every day regardless.

10,000 steps is a quantitative measurement of the absolute minimum exercise required by adults daily.

So, if you're doing 45 minutes three or four times a week, you don't need to add 10,000 steps per day on top of that.
