My second day on MFP.. & ive been up to the gym and joined with a 12month membership, i've been for a 1 hr swim.. and eating healthy..

It's one of those things that just doesn't happen over night..
I need advise, tips, pointers, exercise's routines anything that will help me lose a gram i'm willing to give ago.
