Gluten/wheat free?!

I'm thinking about trying gluten or wheat free (not really sure what the difference is) to help with constant prolonged bloating. Do you think it'll help and what are some good gluten free foods? Also, let me know if you have an open gluten free diary to peek at :happy: I'd really like some ideas

    I started eating less gluten due to digestive problems recently.

    I swapped breads for potatoes, and found gluten free cereal (made with rice flower and flax seed).

    There are a ton of alternatives out there.

    Just reducing your carbs really gets rid of the majority of it.
  • I switched to Ezekiel bread (needs to be toasted0 and check out Costco, they have tons of wheat and gluten free crackers! They are great with hummus! cutting out the majority of wheat/gluten from my diet has helped with my arthritis and digestive sensitivity:)
