I'm new . . . again!

This site was suggested to me recently and in trying to log on, I found that I was a member here way back in July . . . I have no recollection of that . . . but anyway, since then, I'm down 4 pounds ~ that was a very good way to start the day today! I am looking forward to meeting new people and being motivated to stick with this journey.

    Welcome. I joined last June , lost what I thought I wanted but put a little back on so I am now going to log in again BUT this time I want to loose down lower... GOOD LUCK...:happy:
