Stir fry recipes?

I am looking for some good stir fry sauce recipes or an asian inspired chicken recipe to serve rice over.

I don't really use a recipe, but I like to make a stir fry sauce something like this:

1tbsp soy sauce
juice 1/2 lime, or the whole lime if that's what you're feeling.
1 clove minced or pureed garlic
squeeze of sirrachia to your spice taste
large pinch brown sugar or drop of honey.

heat in a ramekin just to melt the sugar and soften the garlic. (microwave works fine, if you make a larger batch you can do stovetop in a small pot)

note my measurements are guesses because i just taste as I add the ingredients and stop when I'm happy with it. sometimes I'll also add a bit of ground ginger! You can also add a bit of water as it's a very strong flavoured sauce.
