My daughter cracked a dozen eggs in a pan yesterday. I have put them in to a glass bowl, but now I don't know what I should do with them. Any ideas would be wonderful. :)

Maybe try adding some vegetables eg grated zucchini, carrott, corn, about a cup of flour, some seasoning and herbs, and bake in a quiche style dish, probably around 180deg for maybe 45mins check to see if its cooked through. may take a little longer or bake in 2 or even 3 dishes. Some low fat cheese on top would be nice. It should freeze ok. So freeze in slices then you could nuke it and serve with a salad and crusty bread. Good Luck.

A MFP posted this to my snack ideas the other day, you could just use the whole egg instead of the whites.............just change the calories for the eggs:

    Blue Cheese Egg Cups

    1/8 Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
    1 TBSP Bacon
    4 TBSP Egg Whites

Put bacon and blue cheese in a muffin pan. Add egg whites. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 1 Muffin, if you make extras refrigerate them and heat up later

Great recipes and very clever with the portion sizes. Eggs are the top ten foods that make weight loss happen!
