    it's a tough workout! I'm still sore from the day before yesterday. It's intense but so great.

    Does it work abs and legs etc... ?

    I know its aimed at butt but it must do legs ?

    It's a total body work out! The moves are all just tweaked to make your butt work harder too I'm pretty sure.
