    Try a new physical activity for 20 minutes. Let us know what it was and how you liked it! DONE tried the BOSU thing - not sure if I liked it

    I am going to be struggling the rest of the week with eating solid foods and doing any kind of physical activity. I may have to substitute some of these exercises for ones with less bouncing around and weight on my knee. We will see how things go tonight.

    Well all my hard work with this challenge paid off this week....I weighed this morning and was down 2.2 lbs from last Friday!!! I am so happy....I have truly enjoyed this challenge!!
