What are your go to or must have items from Trader Joes? I love that store, but I just feel like I walk in ther aimlessly picking up stuff and not really taking advantage of what the store has to offer.
Thanks!!

I do almost ALL my shopping at TJs! Here's a list of my always and almost always purchases:
Sonoma Carb Cutting Tortillas
Fat Free English Muffins
Just Chicken
Frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
Chicken sausage - the Sun-dried Tomato with basil is my favorite
Green and White Iced Tea in the jug (I buy 2 at a time, that's how quickly I go through it)
bagged broccoli/cauliflower mix that can be microwave steamed
bagged sliced mushrooms
Laughing Cow cheese (mine carries the Garlic & Herb, Regular Swiss, and Bleu Cheese varieties. Always the best price there!)
frozen cooked brown rice (3 mins in the microwave!)
turkey burgers
bagged spinach
Thai Green Curry Simmer Sauce
Uncured turkey bacon
Organic Reduced Guilt White Corn Tortilla Chips
great price on nuts
roasted garlic hummus
Fat Free Spicy Black Bean Dip
Chunky Salsa
Cage Free 100% Liquid Egg Whites
Persian Cucumbers (perfect single serving size!)
MultiGrain Toaster Waffles
Frozen Chicken Enchiladas
frozen bagged fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, pineapple, mango)
I don't get much produce there, as I find the prices and the quality at my TJs to be not so great. BUT! I love supporting TJs. Great products, great customer service, they take good care of their employees...love 'em.
Hope that helps a little!0 -

Their frozen pasta lunches are AWESOME too! look for the reduced guilt mac n cheese and the red, green, or yellow things of pasta. Oh and the mini brie and mini goat cheese! Oh and the chocolate whey protein powder! Aaaaand their giant tubs of cheap greek yogurt. I love TJ's :}0

Top fave items:
Almond butter with flax seeds
Weetabix cereal
Rice pudding (I add cinnamon to it)
100 cal dark chocolate bars
I get other stuff but find this stuff more unique to TJs.0 -
I shop at TJ's all the time below are some of the items I buy:
- Chicken Sausage - both Sweet Italian and Apple Flavors
- Sea Salt and Peppercorn Grinders (did you know the tops screw off so you can fill them up again)
- 21 Seasoning Salute (this stuff is life changing! I use it in soups, stews, on meat, in sauces, best thing is it has no salt)
- Mushroom Risotto (not low cal but yummy)
- Frozen Rice Blend
- Organic Peanut Butter
- Just the leaves lettuce
- Alfredo Sauce (not low cal but great to use in moderation --add extra garlic and some parm and it tastes like Olive Garden)
- Grated Parm Cheese near the dried pasta
- Organic Steel Cut Oats (most times I buy these in the bulk foods section but some times I buy them here)0 -
Roasted Seaweed snacks - not everyone likes them. For me it is a great salty, crunchy snack replacement. And they're really cheap on calories and sodium.
Love these!!0
