Goal weight?

I started with living a healthy lifestyle in 2005 - I lost a total of 95 lbs over a few years. My lowest weight was 142 - and I felt great there but over past two years have struggled to get back there playing with an extra 10 - 15 lbs at times. I exercize daily but struggle with food choices. It is so frustrating for me, sometimes I wonder if I should re-think my goal weight but its not about the number on the scale but rather how much better I felt with that extra weight off my body. I am also very proud of my maintaining such a big weight loss for so many years. Any thoughts about how others set a goal weight that is maintainable?
